It's not just about the rescue - it's also about adoptions!

July was a great month for me and my fosters. We had eleven adoptions and our first on-site adoption event, thanks to Bara Church in Trophy Club! It was a great experience. People who came spent time with the kittens they adopted, our fosters were on hand to talk about their personalities and answer questions. It was WONDERFUL! I hope by the time this article prints our kittens and cats ready for adoption are in homes. We have more coming to us almost every day and there will be more cats and kittens ready in September!

Meet Suki!

She was rescued from the Saginaw shelter on July 22, 2019. I can thank my daughter for the FB tag for my namesake momma kitty. She gave birth to six beautiful little kittens July 29. Her babies will be ready for adoption the end of September and so will Sue! Let’s not forget the mommas! She’s a baby herself – just a little over a year old. Her foster family is taking very good care of her.

Our smallest kittens

There’s little Avocado – pictured to the right – rescued from the edge of the road in Roanoke just in time! There’s Louie, who came to us injured with a degloved tail that is healing nicely,

and he’s a cute little nugget. We also recently took in two little bottle feeders found on a sidewalk in Roanoke.

We also have a special dog we are working to find a home for with Dr. Speed owner of Trophy Club Animal Hospital. She took him in because he had parvo virus, and provided his care and treatment. He is two years old and is now ready for his furever home! You can find his full write-up and album on my Facebook page.

Little Ham wants

to ham it up with

your family!

Everyone can help by sharing and cross posting the animals on my page. You never know when one of your friends may see that little face and contact me to adopt!

Paws up,

Susan
